Preparing from class notes given by Best faculty is best choice, However Padhuka series may be referred to be familiar with more problem models
- Now move on to Important chapters Consolidation of Financial statements (Holding Company) and Corporate Restructuring (Amalgamation and other Misc.) these chapters carry a weightage of 30-40 Marks With this You will gain confidence on the subject.
- Now Alomost 60 % of the syllabus is completed So now move on to Miscellaneous topics which carry a weightage of 20-25 Marks like Value added statement , NBFC , Share based Accounting etc.,
